U12-U14 on Mondays – These sessions will focus on Strength and Conditioning with a shooting and finishing session to end. The first half of the training will be S&C with a focus on body weight training, balance and movement. The second half of the training will implement attacking and finishing drills and games. This will be in conjunction with our GK training to provide both avenues for development.

U10/U11 on Thursdays – This development program will support players that are hoping to play on our future U12 rep teams. They will also provide opportunities to train and even play with the current U12 rep teams on a week-to-week basis. Games and scrimmages will be provided when opportunities are available within the club and against programs outside the club.

These programs are designed by Riley O’Neill and delivered by our Technical Leads.
