Refund Policy

Our Refund Policy

All refund requests must be made by email to registrar@oceansidefc.com. The date the email is received will be considered the date of the refund request.

All team-based, regular season (Sept. – March) programs are subject to the following refund schedule:

    •  Refunds requested before the first practice or game (whichever comes first) will receive a full refund less a $25 administrative fee. This assumes the jersey / uniform has been returned in “as-new” condition, otherwise the cost of these items will be deducted from the refund.
    • Refunds requested before September 25 but after the first practice or game will receive a 75% refund.
    • Refunds requested after September 25 but before December 15 will receive a 50% refund.
    • No refunds will be issued after December 15.

All session-based programs such as academies, spring soccer, skills & scrimmage programs, etc., are subject to the following refund schedule:

    • Refunds requested before the first session will receive a full refund less a $15 administrative fee. This assumes the jersey / uniform has been returned in “as-new” condition, otherwise the cost of these items will be deducted from the refund.
    • Thereafter, refunds will be issued on a prorated basis based on the total number of sessions up to a maximum of 60% of the total program fee paid. All refunds are subject to the minimum $15 administrative fee.

Additional Considerations

    • If space limitations within a specific age group prevent a player from being placed on a team or in a program, a full refund will be provided.
    • Refunds will not be considered for circumstances outside of the club’s control, such as weather cancellations, field or facility closures, municipal cancellations, etc.
    • Oceanside Youth Soccer is not responsible for money paid directly to teams or fundraised by teams.
    • Refunds will not be considered for players removed, suspended or expelled due to breaches of codes of conduct, safety, or other club, district, league or provincial policies.
    • Consideration may be made for extenuating circumstances outside of this refund policy
