Encourage current players in their soccer pathway

Goal 2: Advocate for the Health & Safety of our Members
Create inclusive, welcoming environments
Having player’s safety at the forefront of session planning & game day protocols
Goal 3: Coach, Player, & Referee Development
Support coach and referee education
Host & Facilitate BC Soccer Grassroots Coaching Courses
Focus on the LTPD model for all recreational and competitive players
Goal 4: Collaborate with neighbouring Vancouver Island clubs to Promote High Level Soccer
Connect Oceanside players to Tier 2 & Tier 1 level training
Connect Oceanside players & members to professional (CPL) environments
Goal 5: Facilities Development
Establish an administrative and club “home” in Qualicum Beach
Enhance facility capacities to accommodate continued program growth
Support Oceanside’s turf-field construction initiatives
Goal 6: Operations
Work to maintain and grow our reputation as a club
Streamline administration (registration, scheduling and field coordination etc.)
Refine our brand and improve the gear of our competitive teams (jerseys etc.)
Improve communications with players, families and coaches
Develop a cohesive sponsorship program
